District# 3 and 6

10/16/2015

On August 29, 2015, the members of the Ohio Patriot Guard was present at the Ohio Veteran's Memorial Park when my 92 year old father received medals he should have received 70 years ago.  My Dad was so honored to have the Patriot Guard present and enjoyed meeting each member.

On October 14, 2015, the Ohio Patriot Guard, on shortened notice, stood six hours, holding the American flag outside Parker and Sons Funeral Home in Lodi, Ohio, honoring my Dad once again. They returned on the 15th to honor my father at his grave site.  I am extremely grateful and proud to have had the Ohio Patriot Guard at my Dad's viewing and funeral.

Again thank you from my heart to those members who stood in the damp chilly weather.

God Bless

Barbara Burton
