Gary,

The Ohio Patriot Guard received the following message from Barb Siegel:

Wanted to Personally Thank you for your Service today at my Mother's funeral in Ft. Loramie, Ohio. It was very special to me, and my family, that you were a part of her day. Thank you once again. What you do is a great service for the families of Military personnel that has passed.

Sincerely, Barb Siegel

Hi Ralph

Now that things have settled down a bit I wanted to send you a quick note to share with other members.  I am so grateful for you and the other patriot riders coming to welcome my son SPC Jeremiah Donovan and his family home with the flag line.  It was a moment we will cherish for a lifetime.  The love and caring you and the other members showed my son brought him to tears later during our alone time.  He said it was such a welcome sight to be appreciated by strangers who treated him like a family member.  He was so surprised.  I personally would also like to thank you all for the appreciation showed to my father who was in a wheelchair and a Vietnam vet.  He also was in tears for many reasons but stated that it struck a chord in his heart to finally be appreciated for his service.

Your group goes above and beyond for our soldiers who have sacrificed so much to serve and protect our country.  The respect you guys show during not only happy times as in welcome home but times of sadness during funerals is amazing.  I will never forget each and every single person from your group that was there for us, and again.....much love and lifetime of thanks.

My son also states that in time, he would like to pay it forward and become a member of your group.  If you could send membership info, I will forward it on to him as his Harley has arrived home.

Much love and gratitude

Lynette Pay
